At Darnum Primary School all children have a one-hour Science session. These sessions are a hands-on learning experience that cover the topics of Biological, Chemical, Earth and space and Physical Sciences. Children make hypotheses, conduct experiments, learn how to observe and report in detail and make conclusions about their findings. They learn how to research ideas and gain a greater understanding of the topic through their experiments.
